The possibilities of indulging in methodically + ethically sourced caviar pairings are egg-cellent with Haute Caviar. During this workshop you’ll taste through two different sturgeon varietals, learn how to shuck oysters, and be introduced to pocket-friendly bubbles to pair (and wow) your friends at home. Presented by Lisa Simon of Haute Caviar, Joby Norton of Mullaney’s Harborside Fish Market and 90+ Cellars.
